On Wednesday, June 5th we welcomed Elisabeth Braw, Senior Fellow with Atlantic Council’s Transatlantic Security Initiative in the Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security for a conversation titled: The Clash of Globalization and Geopolitics: How Did We Get Here and What Comes Next? at Park City Club. The conversation was moderated by David Kramer, Executive Director of the George W. Bush Institute.

On Wednesday, May 1st we welcomed Thom Shanker, Director of the Project for Media and National Security at George Washington University for a conversation titled: The Age of Danger at Park City Club. The conversation was moderated by Jason Galui, Director of Veterans and Military Families at the Bush Institute. 


April 17, 2024

On Wednesday, April 17th we had the honor of welcoming Ambassador Mark Green, President and CEO of the Wilson Center for a conversation titled: Tired But Determined: A Report from Ukraine, Moldova, and Poland. The conversation was led by DCFR President, Jay Young at Arlington Hall. On Februrary 1st DCFR welcomed NPR's Global Democracy Correspondant, Frank Langfit and KERA's Krys Boyd, host of the 'Think' Radio show and podcast, for a conversation titled: A View From the Front Lines in the Debate Chamber at Old Parkland. 


January 17, 2024

On January 17th we welcomed Ambassador Robert Jordan and Dr. Jon B. Alterman back to DCFR for a conversation titled: Gaza, The United States and the Future of the Middle East at Arlington Hall.

On December 12th DCFR held our annual Holiday Party at Old Parkland. We were honored to welcome Michael Froman, the President of the Council on Foreign Relations as our guest speaker in a conversation moderated by Ken Hersh, President and CEO of the George W. Bush Presidential Center.
